On tap I have 12 miles in the morning. My longest run leading up to the 1/2. I have not run this week at all, although I have walked a few times. My foot doesn't hurt at all, so as far as I'm concerned I'm running 12 miles, and doing it in really good time!
After that it's off for my birthday weekend. I don't know where we are going, but I know who is going. Looking forward to chilling with friends for the weekend!
