I'm so excited to get out of town with friends and just relax. The weather should be cool, but sunny with lot's of beach to explore and hikes to take.
I plan on squeezing in a quick little run early tomorrow morning. I need a change of running scenery!
To all those running this weekend on the trails, roads, races, or just because be safe and have fun!
Sky says wear your bike helmet for safety, even when your just playing outside in the yard, maybe even when trail running. (she loves her helmet, and pretty much wants to put it on every time she steps out the front door.)
