Today I'm thankful for what I call Happy Accidents.
Some are small like missing a turn and finding amazing hard cider, on tap, in the middle of an apple orchard, and making a new friend in the process.
Others end up being a little bit bigger.
You all know Mark had to cut his trip with Josh and Devin (Josh's son) short unexpectedly. Came home Monday instead of this coming Saturday.
We found out this morning that Devin had to have an emergency appendectomy today! Had they not come home early they would have been hours from the nearest town (probably small with no hospital) on unpaved mountain roads. Literally could have turned into a tragedy.
Because of broken welds and a trip cut short a life wasn't.
For that I am very thankful!
