We Are Silly!

Just a little fun with the reverse function on the phone camera.  Sky loves seeing herself and posing and Mark just likes being silly!  We are so easily entertained. 

Ran late tonight in an attempt to avoid the heat.  I guess it worked, 4 miles done and felt easy despite the knee pain.  I need to get the foam roller out and the peg board for some serious trigger pointing!!!
